Jayjay Social Care Ltd. specialises in recruiting registered nurses and support workers/care assistants to support vulnerable individuals residing in the care home sectors with moderate to severe complex needs ranging from impaired motor skills to profound physical disabilities. We offer full and part-time placements on both temporary and permanent basis.

Our main office is in Leeds and we have branches in London, Manchester, Derby, Luton, Cardiff, Birmingham, Newcastle and Edinburgh Sheffield, Leicester, Norwich, Ipswich, Peterborough, Brighton, Hove, West Sussex, Hampshire, Wales and Northern Ireland, Belfast. Our main office is opened from 9-5pm Monday to Friday and also operate 24/7 hours telephone service to ensure our availability to clients and candidates.

Candidates

Our candidates are fully trained and experienced to work with individuals with physical, mental and learning disabilities and complex needs with the right blend of support in-line with person-centred approaches and planning. We have candidates who are highly experienced to provide consistent care to individuals with behaviour that may be challenging and support them to develop positive coping mechanisms and techniques.

They all have undergone face to face interviews; rigorous security checks and five year work history and eligibility to work in the UK verified. All our candidates have professional profile forms detailing their qualifications, DBS details, NMC PIN numbers and Revalidation (for Registered Nurses) sent to you before the commencement of their assignments.

We ensure that our candidates regularly undergo continuous professional development (CPD). All our candidates have experience in completing care plans in line with the activities of daily living.
 
We have candidates ready to commence assignment as soon as possible and we will ensure that same staff can be assigned to a lengthy contract for continuity and effective patients’ management. All our candidates are very local to your clients and most of them have their own vehicular transportation. We provide permanent and temporary staffing solutions nationally.
